Publicly Audited Validation
Anonymous snap shots of final results will be made publicly available through the site so that members can verify that their votes have been counted correctly and that the dataset as a whole corroborates any final result totals.
Non Profit
All contributions and liabilities will be presented in real time on the Accounts Page. To maintain independence, TrueGov can never enter into any profit based activity and instead must prioritise trust and integrity.
Accounts
Full visibility of funds in and out of the accounts are available in real time from the Accounts Page. Sign in to view.
Contributions
Contributions are used to pay for each £500 constituency registration fee. Currently free as all payments are disabled until membership increases.
Home Constituency
This is where you are registered to vote. When this is set you can use your vote within that constituency to promote the candidate of your choice.
Validation
When you validate you have proven your residency in the UK. Your votes will now be prioritised when selecting Candidates and a Prime Minister.
Votes
Each member can vote for 1 Candidate and 1 Prime Minister. Members can change their votes at any time up until the election cut off date.
Representation
Percentage of contributed or validated members over the total number of registered voters per area.
Likes
Any member can Like. Feeds into the agreement calculations. Provides evolving candidates with encouragement. Ascertains public opinion and response.
Agreement
Agreement is derived from a combination of factors. Candidate polarisation, votes, likes, suggested revision satisfaction. Agreement rate is arbitrary and has no impact other than to show how well you are working together. Elevated agreement equals effective government.
Suggestions
Members can suggest revisions to candidate responses. These suggestions may influence evolving responses and increase agreement.
Influencers
Responsible for changes to the topic boards and also presenting information back to the public. Influencers are appointed by members one at a time. Postings and alterations by the influencers are democratically controlled between the group. Influencers are publicly well known and trusted by a majority. This facility will only become available once candidates have reached sufficient coverage.
Polls
Polls can be created by leading or elected candidates, and the leading or elected Prime Minister. Polls are activated when representation reaches sufficient levels.
